I also feel a special pleasure to note that this Symposium is he most significant step ever taken ly SARBICA since its foundation five years ago to vards solving the pro klem that lies at the very heart of all the difficulties faced by the archival profession in this region of the world, namely the shortage of qualified personnel. |
