Abstract: | My intention here is to present a number of speculations about the past of southern Thailand, an area where so little archaeology has yet been done that almost nothing can be treated as an established fact. justification for presenting these speculations at such an early stage of research is that some of them may be useful to other archaeologists, either working hypotheses or as stimuli for producing better models that subsequently be tested in the laboratory and field. |
