dc.description.abstractThis report is on prehistoric research in Indonesia during the last decade (1976-1986). Researches have been carried out mainly by teams of the National Research Centre of Archaeology from the head office and the branch offices and covered a large part of the Indonesian Archipelago. The follows: paleolithic, epi- focus of research have been categorized as neolithic, paleometalic (early metal age) and paleolithic (cave culture), megalithic. However it should be stressed that these categorizations do a progressive temporal sequence.en_US
