dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is to highlight some of the relevant codes of ethic and discuss their importance in the management of the corporate sector. Firstly, the paper discusses the concept of ethical codes of conduct, highlighting its nature, characteristics and its relationship with the operation of the corporate sector. Secondly, it analyses the structure and function of the corporate sector, the effects of environmental factors on the working of this sector and outlines the ethical codes which are essential in maintaining its orderly operation. Finally, the paper discusses the factors which are considered to be the foundation for observing these ethical codes.en_US
