| Abstract: | The regulating of marriage in Indonesia base on the Law of Marriage, the law, No. 1/1974. But in practice it seperately, for the Muslim the arrangement of marriage taking care by Kaunter Urusan Agama dan Pegadilan Agama. While the rest of other religion as Christian, Catholic, Hindu,Budha, has taking care by each religion and Kantor Catatan Sipil. The question is :where the positon of interfaith marri 9ges'J While the Law of Marriage is not clearly mention about interfaith marriages. |
