dc.description.abstract | Successful and sustainability of a shopping mall is partially related to the physical building or "hard ware" design. This paper exploring design research on case study of established shopping mall and find out their common design attribute embedded. Using right design attribute in making a shopping mall development potentially result in good recurrent income and appreciation of the property's value. This research pointed out several important points that benefit to development of shopping malls. The finding results can be used as checklist for feasibility and planning attributes for design of shopping mall. | en_US |
