Dermatography test has been used clinically as one of diagnostic approaches for atopic dermatitis. This test is observing the skin color after applying mechanical stimuli such as scratch by a spatula. When the healthy skin is scratched, it shows changing red color on that part by dilatation of blood ~essels and hypermia. But the atopic skin shows changing white color by vasoconstrictive and ischemia. According to previous studies, this reaction might be dermographismus albus and feature of atopic dermatitis. In fact, medical doctors diagnose skins by using his reaction. However, their subjective components of medical doctors effect on diagnostic outcomes to the atopic skin. Therefore, we developed the dermatograph test diagnosis system that evaluated changing skin color on the scratched skin quantitatively. This study reports an index of new diagnosis through this device development.en_US
