Description: The main objective of this study is to examine the role of collective efficacy on organisational citizenship behaviour among teachers in Malaysia. A conceptual framework was developed based on past empirical studies. Findings of the study showed that the two constructs, namely collective efficacy and organisational citizenship behaviour, contributed to the teachers’ academic achievements.
