dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were to develop a cooperative Web-based training model to develop systems thinking skills for educational technologists in public higher education institutions. The research and development (R&D) methods were divided into four phases: Phase I- Study educational technologists' opinions, problems and needs on cooperative Web-based training and systems thinking by a questionnaire. Phase 2- Study educational experts' opinions of a cooperative Web- based training model to develop systems thinking skills for educational technologists in public higher education institutions. The subjects of this phase were eight experts in the field of educational technology and systems thinking. Phase 3- Try out the model with 16 educational technologists in public higher education institutions. They were divided into four groups with four members. Each group was developed with systems thinking practice for eight weeks. The systems thinking skills of the subjects were assessed before and after the experiment. A dependent /-test was used to compare pre- test and post-test results. Phase 4- Revise and propose a cooperative Web-based training model to develop systems thinking for educational technologists in public higher education institutions.en_US
