| Abstract: | Thailand higher education has experienced rapid change in many ways including student numbers and the university itself; culture and policy, structure, curriculum, human resource, and so forth. It is prime time for a careful review and evaluation of the situation and for preparation of the next steps. These thoughts have led us to find the ways to improve Thai higher education. In order to do so, one of the challenges facing Office of the Higher Education Commission is to use research as a tool. |
