Tinjauan di 16 buah Universiti dan Kolej Universiti Awam mendapati kategori jawatan Kaunselor tidak sama antara setiap IPTA memberi fokus terhadap permasalahan sebenar yang dihadapi oleh kaunselor yang terdiri daripada pegawai tadbir (Kategori N). |
