dc.description.abstractOver the past more than 10 years, great changes have been taken place in China's S & t system. As the one of the Pacific Rim countries and regions, these changes have constituted the part of the emerging technological trajectory of the Pacific Rim. However, what more important is re-structuring and development trend of China's S & T system will have influence to future technological trajectory of the Pacific Rim. Therefore, it have important significance for studying technological trajectory of the Pacific Rim to review the procession and to study future structure of China's S & T system reform.-
