dc.description.abstractTechnical transformation in China means to improve advanced technology, process and equipment to transform existing enterprises. This concept does not include capital construction which means to build new firms with advanced technology and equipment. Because the change of new technology is rapidly, technical transformation actually should be a part of daily job in enterprises So that they can catch trend of technological. Development in the world. However, most Chinese enterprises now still have no right and no money to do this job. Therefore, it becomes a job that government should pay attention to in China.-
