dc.description.abstract | This paper presents an approach towards realisation of an enterprise-wide just-in-time knowledge management (JIT-KM) initiative involving knowledge processes. A well defined business process is a significant knowledge process. In order to form its own JIT-KM, an organisation has to reflect upon its business processes. The science of mapping business processes into knowledge processes is exposed. The final phase involves production of knowledge nugget(s) mapped against one or more knowledge processes. Consequently, an evaluation is done by weighing each knowledge nugget against knowledge attributes. The final phase involves production of k-nugget specification and a holistic map of knowledge is presented. | - |
