Abstract: This paper presents the results of a study investigating psycho-social aspects of career-management process (eMP) in Russia. The purpose of this study is to examine how it influences employee attitudes such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Participants were employees of a medium-sized organization in service-related industries (n= 167). The key findings of the study based on the regression models that showed that subjective assessment of each dimension of CMP was most strongly associated with a different dimension of employee attitudes. The results provide a useful first insight into CMP and support the notion that it has important implications for the employee attitudes. The significance of these results and areas of future research are discussed.
