| dc.description.abstract | Increasing support of cluster initiatives with the vision of another Silicon Valleys, causes impression that clusters differentiate from other types of associations in aspects of Competition Law. Of course, it is not true. Cluster has to respect competition rules exactly like any other cooperating subjects. Impression of untouchability should be exchanged for the compliance of strategy with Competition law. There have been two researches done in 2007 and 2008. One has concerned of theoretical approaches to cluster support issue and the other was practical research of consciousness of Czech cluster managers about the Competition law.
