dc.description.abstract | Lifelong learning is the concept that "It's never too soon or too late for learning", a philosophy that has been explored by many academicians, training specialists and even government. Lifelong learning is about adaptation; that one can and should be open to new ideas, decisions, skills or behaviors. In this contact, lifelong learning would relate and evolve with curriculum development for future undertaking. Lifelong learning is the final outcome of creating new Information and Literacy.' This new outcome should be' an on going process which literally parallels with curriculum development for any initiative which includes in school, colleges and universities. Futher more it should be included in post graduate programs for those who want to improve their qualification, upgrade their skills, be retrained for a new line of work. Therefore, most educators and academicians have to frequently revise and update their course or program with new approaches to make the teaching and learning process more effective and enjoyable. The objective of this paper is to look into and evaluate on how curriculum development is essentially important in structuring post graduate program in higher educational institutions. Findings gathered will determine how important it is to develop curriculum that create long term outcome and relevant to contemporary business needs. | en_US |
