Abstract: | This study aims to explain the differences of creativity and self-efficacy among students who have high intention to be entrepreneur and students who have low intention to be entrepreneur. Six hundred and twenty six (n=626) students from fou r private universities in Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya were selected by accidental sampling technique. Three instruments were used in this research. Significantly, the result shows that students who have high intention to be entrepreneurs are more creative than students with [ow intention. The same result also occur in self-efficacy measurement, the student with high intention to be entrepreneur has higher self-efficacy significantly. Some conclusions derived from this research are (1) intention to be entrepreneur is required to be measured in order to select people who will be trained as entrepreneurs, (2) creativity and self-efficacy are effective traits to develop strong and stable entrepreneurs. |
