With the massive transformation in the institutional landscape, managerial leadership has become a critical factor in guiding and motivating employees in nonprofit organizations in Saudi Arabia. This sector heavily depends on employee motivation and direction toward achieving institutional goals, especially given the various challenges these organizations may face. This article explores the significance of managerial leadership and its impact on employee performance in Saudi Arabia. The nonprofit sector is one of the key pillars of sustainable development in Saudi Arabia, offering valuable services and programs to society. To better achieve their goals, these organizations require leaders who can effectively motivate and guide their employees. However, nonprofit organizations in Saudi Arabia face several challenges, including the inability to adequately achieve their objectives. This is partially due to the lack of effective managerial leadership capable of properly directing and motivating employees. The objective of this research is to understand how managerial leadership impacts employee performance in nonprofit organizations in Saudi Arabia. The study focuses on analysing the factors affecting this relationship. An analytical and inductive methodology was used, collecting data from employees and managers of nonprofit organizations through questionnaires. The data was analysed using statistical methods such as regression analysis and structural path analysis to uncover relationships and effects. The results indicate that managerial leadership in nonprofit organizations in Riyadh plays a significant role in improving employee performance by fostering a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation while aligning efforts to achieve strategic plan objectives. The strategic plan itself has a clear impact on performance. Moreover, a work environment that provides job security and motivation significantly enhances employee performance and morale. Additionally, there is a clear correlation between financial aspects and employee performance, with most participants agreeing that improving the financial aspects of the organization can significantly enhance overall performance. Finally, the demographic factors of employees have a notable influence on the relationship between managerial leadership and employee performance in nonprofit organizationsen_US
