The Omani education system like many systems faces some obstacles that affect basic educational elements and outcomes. Students’ motivation and performance in science are examples and the nature of the curriculum plays a role in improving their level of them. However, a meaningful curriculum makes a positive effect on students' learning motivation and being able THE in the learning of science such as combining the subject of Science and the Holy verses of the Quran. The Quran has encouraged the learning of science and motivated human beings to acquire knowledge and skills. This is based on the verse of the Qur'an "Allah will raise those who believe among you and those who are given knowledge, with degrees. And Allah is pleased with what you do." (11:58) and it encourages a functioning brain to attain truth and understand the universe by using mental habits. This study aims to develop an integrated module and identify the effects of Quranic holy verses related to science subjects on students ’science learning motivation, science habits of mind, science performance, and semi-structured interviews among ninth-grade students in Omani schools. Based on a review of literature, the science learning motivation scale, science performance test, and scientific habits of mind scale were used to measure the effectiveness of the module on students. The study applied a quasi-experimental design with a sample consisting of 40 female students and 54 male students from two schools. The study's findings showed a significant difference between the post score of science learning motivation, science habits of mind, and science performance post scores between the non-pretested control group and the non-pretested experimental group in favor of the non-pretested experimental group. Based on those findings, integrating the holy Quran verses can increase science learning motivation, the science habits of the mind, and students' performance in science. The integration of Quranic verses in science subjects should be given focus and used as one of the pedagogical methods of teaching in the science curriculum.en_US
