dc.descriptionThis study aims to determine the effect of expectancy effort, social influence, performance expectancy, website design, experience, Internet banking and Internet usage skill in the use of Internet banking in Bandung Raya, Indonesia. Partial Least Square was used to examine the model used in this study. The results show that expectancy effort does not have a significant effect on performance expectancy in the use of Internet banking, social influences do not have a significant effect on performance expectancy in the use of Internet banking but performance expectancy has a significant effect on effort expectancy and social influences in the use of Internet banking. Website design has a significant influence on the behaviour of Internet banking websites. Website design has a significant impact on the use of Internet banking through mediation of performance expectancy. Prior experience has a significant effect on effort expectancy in the use of Internet banking. Prior experience has significant influence performance against expectancy in the use of Internet banking. Prior experience has a significant effect on website design in the use of Internet banking. Internet skill does not have a significant effect on performance expectancy in the use of Internet banking.
