Enforcement of trademark law is part of enforcement in Intellectual Property (IP) Law, which is required to comply with trademark enforcement provisions of Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) and Paris Convention in member countries of World Trade Organization (WTO) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Enforcement procedures of trademark law in Pakistan fails to protect rights of trademark owner, punish infringer and prevent increasing incidents of trademark infringement as Trademark Registry lacks branches, man power, IP experts and there is lack of IP Tribunals throughout Pakistan. The objective of this research is to analyse enforcement procedures of trademark law in Pakistan in comparison with enforcement procedures of trademark law in United States of America (USA) and Malaysia under the light of relevant provisions of TRIPS Agreement and Paris Convention. This research is comparative analysis of trademark law enforcement procedures of Pakistan with Malaysia and USA therefore it is a qualitative method of research relies on International and domestic primary sources such as TRIPS Agreement, Paris Convention and trademark laws of Pakistan, Malaysia and USA. This research found that though Pakistan has ratified TRIPS Agreement and Paris Convention but ratification of International Treaty and its implementation are two different things, effective enforcement of trademark law may take years to achieve therefore Pakistan should learn from USA and Malaysia by establishing more IP Tribunals and branches of Trademark Registry throughout Pakistan, spread awareness of IP and make amendments in current trademark laws of Pakistan for betterment of trademark law enforcement in Pakistan.,Certification of Doctoral Thesis" is not available
