dc.descriptionThe aim of the study was to determine the level of social values among the elementary school students and to what extent is the teacher enhancing the social to students of basic education in Tripoli and the methods used The study adapted the descriptive analytical method and its tools of analysis which include the content, questionnaire and scale of social values, also the study adapted qualitative approach through the use of the interview. The sample of the study consists of (383) teachers, and (393) students. The results of the study showed that the social values of the level of ninth grade students were high and the arithmetic average was (54.2). The contribution of teachers to instill in students the social values in the area (family, school and community), it was clear that the teacher has contributed in the development of social values among ninth-grade students in a medium degree of social values in the area of family which reached at mean of (.458) , and contributed to a high degree in the field of school (.4.5) and community (.4.3). It turns out that teachers followed a social values among students develop a high degree methods It reached a mean (.4..). The corresponding results on ways to promote social values among ninth-grade students that he had the whole teachers who were interviewed on some important way and the appropriate As consolidate role of the family to promote social values among students, teamwork and joint use of cooperative learning style and focus on media awareness and its role in social values and the provision of experts and specialists in the field of social service work awareness seminars to instill social values on religious grounds and social solidarity and interest in school activity. The study also revealed that to there are a positive and strong relationship statistically significant differences between the value of the fulfillment of the students and academic achievement have The level of significance ( **.4..0) . Also the study reveals that there is a consensus among Islamic education curriculum for ninth grade and the goals set for him as a way of respect giving social values to students. the study is definitely recommended to constructive cooperation between the family and the school recommends that teachers work to increase Solidification social values and the need to hold training sessions for teachers to provide educational positions to teach social values.
