This study aims to examine the impact of mobile learning on acquiring the Arabic speaking and writing skills among talented students at the Permata Insan College in the Malaysian University of Islamic Sciences (USIM). The researcher used ADDIE design model which contains five stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to design the teaching curriculum via mobile. The designed curriculum was validated by one expert in instructional technology and teaching Arabic language. The designed curriculum was applied to a sample of 50 students selected from the Permata Insan College using the experimental design of two groups (experimental and control) with pre and post-tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the mean scores of the experimental group (used the designed curriculum) and the control group (used traditional learning) in favour of the experimental group. This indicates the contribution of the teaching via mobile in acquiring the speaking and writing skills among the talented students at the Permata Insan College. The analysis of the individual interviews conducted with selected students to explore their attitudes towards learning via mobile showed that majority of the students were enthusiastic to learn via mobile.,"Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis" is not available,Ph.D.-
