dc.descriptionKajian tinjauan ini bertujuan menilai pelaksanaan kurikulum TITAS di Politeknik KPTM berdasarkan model CIPP. Fokus kajian ini adalah: kerelevanan objektif kurikulum TITAS di politeknik KPTM dengan Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan (FPK), Falsafah Pendidikan Islam (FPI), objektif penawaran dan kurikulum TITAS di IPTA serta isi kandungan TITAS di Politeknik; kesediaan pengetahuan, profesionalisme, keupayaan menggunakan alatan AVA dan keyakinan diri; kemudahan; pelaksanaan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (P & P); pemantauan; penilaian; hubungan dan kerjasama; dan produk impak, keberkesanan, kemampanan dan kebolehpindahan. Reka bentuk kajian adalah kaedah kuantitatif disokong oleh kualitatif menggunakan instrumen soal selidik pelajar, pensyarah dan lulusan politeknik, senarai semak dan protokol temu bual. Kajian melibatkan 127 pelajar, 8 pensyarah, 22 lepasan Politeknik serta 15 pakar kurikulum TITAS IPTA. Data Kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS manakala data kualitatif secara manual. Hasil kajian mendapati: kerelevanan objektif kurikulum TITAS Politeknik KPTM dengan objektif penawaran TITAS di IPTA dan FPI di tahap tinggi, dengan FPK dan objektif kurikulum TITAS di IPTA di tahap sangat tinggi, isi kandungan kurikulum TITAS di Politeknik KPTM pula berada di tahap sangat tinggi dan sederhana; aspek yang berada pada tahap sangat tinggi adalah keupayaan menggunakan AVA dan keyakinan diri, proses P & P, pemantauan dokumen kurikulum, hubungan dan kerjasama, keputusan penilaian, persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan, pembentukan sikap positif dan kebolehpindahan. Aspek yang berada pada tahap tinggi pula adalah kesediaan pengetahuan dan profesionalisme, kemudahan, penggunaan BBM, pemantauan P & P, penilaian TITAS, kepuasan dan pencapaian objektif. Aspek yang berada pada tahap sederhana pula adalah aspek kemudahan Pusat Sumber, alatan AVA dan modul dan pemantauan alatan akademik. Implikasinya, pelaksanaan kurikulum TITAS di Politeknik KPTM sangat baik namun boleh diberi penambahbaikan dari aspek: kerelevanan bagi objektif, isi kandungan kurikulum, latihan dalam perkhidmatan; kemudahan Pusat Sumber, alatan AVA dan modul, penggunaan BBM dan pemantauan alatan akademik.,This survey aimed to evaluate the implementation of the curriculum of TITAS in polytechnics of Malaysian Higher Education Ministry (MOHE). The study was carried out based on CIPP Model. The study focuses on the relevancy of TITAS's curriculum in line with the National Education Philosophy (NEP), Islamic Education Philosophy (IEP), the course objectives and its curriculum in public tertiary institutions as well as the content of TITAS's curriculum implemented in polytechnics; readiness in terms of competency, professionalism, facilities, the implementation of teaching and learning processes; observation; assessment; collaboration and connection; and impact of products, effectiveness, sustainability and transportability. The study employs quantitative design complemented by qualitative with the use of questionnaire for students, lecturers and graduates, checklist and interview protocols. 127 students, 8 lecturers, 22 graduates and 15 experts of tertiary level TITAS's curriculum participated in the study. Quantitative data were descriptively analyzed by using SPSS and qualitative data were manually analyzed. The findings indicated that there is a high relevance of the TITAS's curriculum in polytechnics with the course objectives of TITAS in public tertiary institutions and IEP, very high relevancy with NEP and the course objectives of TITAS in tertiary institutions, the content of TITAS's curriculum in MOHE's polytechnics in at high and moderate level; very high ability of utilizing AVA and self confidence, teaching and learning process, observation of curriculum's documents, collaboration and connection, results of assessment, perceptions towards the implementation, the development of positive attitudes and transferability. The study also displayed high level of competency readiness and professionalism, facilities, the use of AVA, teaching observation, assessment of TITAS, satisfaction and objectives achievement. The facilities in resource centre, AVAs and module as well as the evaluation of academic materials are at moderate level. The study implied that the implementation of TITAS curriculum in polytechnics of Malaysian Higher Education is effective however improvements can be made to the aspects of : objectives relevancy, the curriculum contents, in-service training; facilities in the resource centre, module and AVAs, the use of AVAs and evaluation of academic materials.,PhD-
