Description: The National Heritage Building is one of Malaysia's most popular tourist destinations. However, insufficient access facilities for wheelchair users have made it difficult for them to enjoy the experience of visiting these heritage buildings. Everyone should be able to see, explore, and enjoy Malaysia's National Heritage without discrimination. Inadequate provisions in existing law regarding access facilities for wheelchair users have made it impossible for them to visit and enjoy the existing heritage buildings. Especially in the case of this problem, the purpose of this research is to develop an Accessibility Assessment Framework for Wheelchair Users in National Heritage Buildings in order to improve accessibility in National Heritage buildings. To achieve all objectives, this research employs a qualitative approach. To achieve the goals of this study, eight National Heritage buildings were chosen. Indicator determinants were initially gathered from the literature and previous research on the concept of Heritage Tourism." Based on document analysis and interviews
