dc.description	It was about fifty years ago that the word "nanotechnology" was coined, and the latter half of the Twentieth Century could be considered as its incubation period. In 1959 Richard P. Feynman described how the laws of physics do not limit our ability to manipulate single atoms and molecules.However, the lack of available instrumentation and techniques were holding us from appreciating his vision.
