dc.description	This tournament is an effort by UKM to support the wish late DYMM Tuanku Canselor Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman who wants to make cricket well known in Malaysia. At the same time this tournament will serve to be a platform whereby the participating teams can sharpen their skills and ultimately become world class players in the cricket fraternity.This tournament involves five big name different universities and countries in cricket such as University Of Colombo Sri Lanka, Champion of 1st Asian Inter-Varsity Cricket Invitational, The University Of Western Australia, National University Of Singapore, Christ University Of India, new comer NED University Engineering and Technology Pakistan and finally Champion of Second Asian Inter-Varsity Cricket Invitational Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia this is of crucial importance. It provides an avenue for young minds to exchange ideas, to understand other’s culture, and to get to know each other.
