Participants in the Sustainability of Tropical Heritage (STH) course visited Langkawi and Lembah Danum. We at UKM have taken pride in showcasing two of our rich and unique national heritage: the tropical rainforest and indigenous communities. I am sure that all of you have gained memorable experience in this program especially in relations to the study trips. I have been told by the programme coordinators that the participants field trips to Langkawi and Danum Valley by the Sustainability of Tropical Heritage (STH) course went very well and much was discussed and shared.
