Description: The data is regarding the indoor environmental condition and thermal comfort at an atrium of a higher institution. The methods of data collection were field measurement and questionnaire survey. The measurement and survey were executed concurrently at the atrium of the selected building. The measurement was from 9 am till 6 pm. The measurement tool used was thermal comfort meter namely Delta Ohm. The parameters measured were temperature, relative humidity and air velocity. The survey form had two sections. The first section was regarding the respondent’s background such as gender, age, height, weight and attire, while the second section examined the respondent’s thermal sensation and satisfaction of the atrium’s indoor environment.
