Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a comprehensive integrated system, which has been increasingly utilized in many organizations. The success of such systems depends on how ERP users integrate and share relevant knowledge that is needed to ensure the effective performance of their collective task. Although many companies use ERP system, recent studies reported that more than 50% of firms fail to implement fully the systems as a result of not incorporating knowledge sharing. In this study, a new model of knowledge sharing for ERP system users in small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan is proposed comprising four main constructs; social capital (trust, social network and shared vision); individual (self-efficacy, absorptive capacity, extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation); organizational (organization culture, top management support and communication) and technology (ICT tools and ICT infrastructure). A mixed methods design comprising a quantitative phase followed by a qualitative phase was employed. A self-administered questionnaire technique was applied in order to collect the data required. The questionnaire was to be completed by ERP users. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed to 32 SMEs using ERP systems in Jordan. The quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS version 20. For descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Statistical techniques such as correlation coefficient is used to test the collected data are consistent with a study to confirm the hypothesis that the model is constructed. All independent variables are statistically correlated with each other and standard multiple regression to investigate the relationship between independent variables and knowledge sharing. For qualitative phase, based on the quantitative results, semi-structured interviews were conducted. All independent variables found positively affect knowledge sharing also knowledge sharing positively affect ERP system usage. The result of this study could assists organizations in their attempts to implement and manage ERP system initiatives in Jordan.,Certification of Master's/Doctoral thesis" Is not available
