Description: | Fixed point theory is one of the most powerful and fruitful tools of modern mathematics and may be considered a core subject of nonlinear analysis started by Banach in 1922. It is still very active in modern research since of various applications in sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Physics and Game Theory. In this thesis, the fundamental principle has been generalized in two main directions; either by generalizing the domain of the mapping or by weakening the contractive condition or sometimes even both. We have extended some results of common fixed points for pairs of triangular ... admissible mappings by introducing the notation of (...; ... ... ( ; ..')contraction mappings defined on a set X. We have proved the existence of common fixed point results for the pair of self-mappings involving C... class functions in the setting of metric space. After that, we have discussed the existence of some fixed point results in the setting of a complete metric space by defining a new contractive condition via acyclic (...)admissible mapping embedded in simulation function. As a consequence of our main theorems, we have derived many fixed point theorem for a mapping satisfying our contraction. Our results generalize and extend several works existing in the literature. Also, we have established the existence of some common fixed point results for generalized (...)... quasi contraction type mapping in partially ordered metric-like spaces. We have investigated the existence of fixed point results for new versions of some known fixed point theorems in standard metric spaces and have extended some well-known common fixed point results in the literature. We have presented an example and an application to show the superiority of our results where some consequences of such a result will be considered in this research. In addition, we have established the existence of some fixed point results for generalized (... F)-Geraghty contraction in metric-like spaces. We have provided an example in order to support our results where some consequence applications of such result will be considered. The obtained results have improved some well-known common fixed point results in the literature. Also, by using the C... class functions and a new contractive condition we have presented some fixed point results for (...) ... weak admissible multi-valued mappings in the setting of b... metric spaces. We have extended the main results to introduce the concept of (...; F) ... (...)... Meir-Keeler-Khan multi-valued mappings via weak a... dmissibility of type S and we have proved that f has a fixed point. Moreover, we have introduced the cyclic (...) ... F)... contractive mappings in b...metric space, our results have generalized several works which are weaker as we have used cyclic (...)...contraction and C... class functions in b...metric space. We have provided an example to show the validity of our results over corresponding fixed point results proved in metric spaces. In each chapter of this thesis, we have included many examples or an application or sometimes indeed both to demonstrate the effectiveness and convenience of the obtained results., Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis is not available,Ph.D. |
