Description: The notion of fuzzy soft sets is a hybrid soft computing model that integrates both gradualness and parameterization methods in harmony to deal with uncertainty. Some models on fuzzy soft sets are defined to solve problems in decision making and medical diagnosis, but most of them are dealing only with one value of membership functions and one universal set. Therefore, we propose the concepts of Q-fuzzy soft set, multi Q-fuzzy soft set, multi Q-fuzzy parameterized soft set, their properties and operations to consider values of multi membership functions in more detail than fuzzy soft set theory. Moreover, we illustrate applications in decision making using these proposed approaches that will be useful to handle other realistic uncertain problems. Based on these concepts, Q-fuzzy soft matrix and multi Q-fuzzy soft matrix and their operations are investigated which are shown to be more functional to develop theoretical studies in the fuzzy soft set in order to know the opinions of all experts and handling problems with multi dimensional characterization properties in one model. Hence we propose the concept of multi Q-fuzzy soft expert set, its properties, operations and provide its application in decision making problem. Even though, Alkhazaleh and Salleh introduced the concept of a soft expert set, but the parameter approximations are still extremely individual. Therefore, we propose the concept of soft expert interval model and examine its properties with an algorithm of the average probability of soft expert interval set which is applied successfully to a decision-making problem. We also proposed the formal definition of interval-valued Q-fuzzy multiparameterized soft set and its applications. Moreover, we generalise the concept of multiaspect soft set to a multi interval valued Q-fuzzy multiaspect soft set to allow a more detailed description of a particular object that takes into account items from different sets of parameters to a power multi interval valued subsets of universe sets. We also introduce the definition of Q-cubic soft multiset with its operations and properties to extend the concept of soft multiset. We propose a novel concept of multi Q-fuzzy soft interval set, its operations and properties in order to improve the concept of soft interval set to deal with imprecise and fuzzy parameters. Finally, we examine group decision making methods based on average probability and interval cut-set of multi Q-fuzzy soft interval sets and illustrated the application using several examples.,Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis" is not available
