Description: This study is considered one of the researches on the principles of al-nahw and the sources of istishhad on Arabic syntax where the precedent syntax scholars disregard the idea of istishhad of the Noble Hadith, divert from benefiting from it, and do not place it where it deserves among the sources of istishhad. The problem does not stop there, furthermore we do not find among them those who are of clear stance on why they have disregarded the istishhad of the Hadith. Likewise, they take the istishhad of stitches of the poetic verse and some verses are known of their sources while the debate goes on among the latest generation of the grammarians regarding the possibility of argument with the Noble Hadith and every party has its own argument. Thus, this study intends to identify the reason why the precedent grammarians disregard the istishhad of the Noble Hadith; put the Hadith istishhad at the place where it deserves after the Noble Qur'an; and investigate disagreements on the syntax in the Noble Hadith related to al-Hal (adverb) topic where concerned. This is through Hadith istishhad extracted from al-Hal topic, explaining what follows of syntactical opinion support, abrogation of another, consolidation of this or that saying; and by adopting historical descriptive method, then analytical method in explaining the views of the scholars in making of istishhad of the Noble Hadith from the predecessors, explaining the indications that the precedent grammarians have forwarded arguing why they have disregarded the istishhad of the Noble Hadith where is concerned in this study. This qualitative study adopts a comprehensive approach of discussing all the Noble Ahadith, from authentic Hadith to the weak one. Most importantly, it is summed up in this study that the precedent scholars disregard the istishhad of the Noble Hadith as there are no Sahih compilations then. Therefore, they are afraid of spreading weak Hadith, eventually they are grouped among those cursed with Hell fire. Likewise, this study shows that there is nothing in the Noble Hadith against the rules of al-nahw on al-Hal topic. Indeed, some ways of the Hadith istishhad on that topic consolidate the views of some scholars and dismiss the others' views on the istishhad taken as argument on disagreed questions in the Noble Hadith or without the disagreed questions in it. Hopefully, this study leads to wide horizons for researchers studying the noble Hadith in terms of al-nahw, balaghah and so on. Likewise, this study puts the Hadith istishhad at the place where it deserves among sources of the istishhad after the Noble Qur'an.,'Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis' is not available,Ph.D.
