Description: | The implementation of different Republic Acts in the Philippines which is in favour on Muslim minority is a good initial step especially in the development of Islamic dacwah activities in the country. This Republic Acts focuses on educational and economical aspects which refer to DepEd order No. 51 series of 2004 (Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education Program), Republic Act No. 9997 (National Commission on Muslim Filipinos which focuses on halal food products) and Republic Act No. 6848 (Amanah Islamic Bank). The main problems of Islamic dacwah activities in the Philippines are struggle of the restricted policies of the Philippine government in establishing Islamization and a conducive Islamic dacwah environment in order to advance the message of Islam in entire people in the whole country. This research aims of identifying the response level of Muslim minority towards the issues of Islamizations in Islamic education, Islamic banking and halal food. Also, analyzing the Muslim responses level to the issues of Islamization in educational, Islamic banking and halal food based on gender, analyzing the involvements and response of the Muslim minority towards the implementation and government policies related to Islamic dacwah activities. In this study, a quantitative methodology research was applied and the data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 21 with a total number of respondents as of 272 people. The results showed majority of the respondent's response towards the Islamization from educational (mean=3.03) and economical aspect were at moderate levels (sensitivity (mean=3.05); understanding (mean=3.27); acceptance (mean=3.01)) except for the Islamization from halal food products which was at high level (mean=3.79). Regarding the impacts of Islamization in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), the overall mean value was at a moderate level (mean=3.15). The findings of the involvements of Islamic organizations in dacwah activities in CAR was at a moderate level (mean=3.48). However, the findings concerning the response of the Muslim society (mean=3.71), Muslim family and friends towards the Islamic da'wah activities was at a high level (mean=3.51) but at a moderate level for the response of government (mean=3.13) and non Muslim society (mean=3.15) towards dacwah activities. In term of the impacts of Islamic dacwah activities which mainly focus on the freedom of religion and acceptance of Islam as a way of living in CAR gave the high level of mean values of 4.07 and 3.81 respectively.,Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis" is not available |
