Description: E-Learning system is a technology aid that is starting to grace the education world, especially at higher education. In line with today's technological advancement, e-Learning system is seen as a practical medium in the implementation of teaching and learning process. Thus, lecturers are the key element in realizing the effectiveness of this system. This study is conducted to ascertain the usage of e-Learning system among lecturers of KPTM. The system known as Online Learning System (OLES) and has been used since 2010. Unfortunately, it was unsuccesfull implemented even though the enforcement has been since last four years. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of usageand factor driving that influence the usage of this system. Questionnaire distributed to 109 respondents consisting of KPTM Bangi's lecturers to collect the research data. Gathered data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Research found that the usage of e-Learning system among lecturers of KPTM is intermediate. However, most of the lecturers strive to use these e-learning system. In this study, three factors which influence e-learning system usage were studied. Technological infrastructure and encouragement record medium mean is 3.03 and 3.35 respectively. Meanwhile, reflexive nature show high mean (3.76). These prove that technological infrastructure and encouragement is not the main factor on e-learning system usage. On the other hand, reflexive nature contributes on e-learning system usage among lecturer. However, there is a difference gap in self-disposition between young lecturers and the aged ones. This study shows that lecturers in the age category of 46 and above less effort to learn the e-Learning system and appreciate less the importance of the system.
