Laman web e-solatpekak ini boleh diakses melalui http://www.e-solatpekak.com.,This study is intended to design, develop and evaluate teaching and learning materials of e-solatpekak website for students with hearing impairment for the topic of compulsory prayer. The development of this website was based on the ADDIE framework and comprising five phases: analyze, design, development, implement and evaluation. All phases involved formative evaluation of input and feedback, as well as the improvement until this website was created. E-solatpekak website was developed using WordPress web blog. Feedback regarding the use of the website was obtained using questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires were completed by 30 year 2, 3 and 4 students with hearing impairment from Special Education Primary School in Selangor and Malacca. 7 teachers who taught hearing impaired students for the topic of compulsory prayer gave their feedback through questionnaires. Descriptive statistics based on the percentage and mean were used to evaluate the data obtained from the study. The use of e-solatpekak website to teach the Islamic Studies subject for the topic of compulsory prayer had attracted teachers’ interest in using ICT resources (mean= 3.94). Data from the interviews provided comprehensive feedback on the constraints of preparing online infrastructure, as well as limited computers in school. From the students’ perspective, the prepared materials attracted their interest to learn the topic (mean= 4.29). This study is intended to produce the innovation of teaching and learning materials particularly for hearing impairment students using e-solatpekak website.
