dc.descriptionKejayaan pelaksanaan sesuatu program memerlukan pengurusan yang teratur dan sistematik. Dalam perkhidmatan kaunseling, sistem pengurusan kaunseling yang cekap dapat menjamin keberkesanan perkhidmatan kaunseling serta dapat mencapai matlamat sesuatu kaunseling. Secara umumnya, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengurusan kaunseling dalam organisasi dari sudut keperluan kaunseling dalam organisasi dan menganalisis permasalahan dalam kalangan pekerja dalam organisasi. Kajian ini dijalankan ke atas pekerja yang pernah menjalani sesi kaunseling di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM). Seramai 61 orang yang telah dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan secara convenience. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah soal selidik dan protokol temu bual. Data yang perolehi dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif melalui perisian komputer SPSS dengan menggunakan kaedah kekerapan, peratusan, min dan sisihan piawai. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa pengurusan kaunseling organisasi dari perspektif Islam adalah yang terbaik dan wajar dipraktikkan bagi menangani pelbagai isu terhadap warga kerja di JPM dan ia menepati keperluan dan situasi masyarakat Islam. Seramai 73.8 peratus responden bersetuju bahawa keperluan perkhidmatan kaunseling dapat membantu mereka dalam pelbagai aspek. Hasil kajian menunjukkan antara permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh pekerja di dalam organisasi ialah masalah interpersonal, masalah tempat kerja, masalah kewangan, masalah keluarga dan masalah kesihatan. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian menunjukkan bahawa pengurusan kaunseling di JPM telah terlaksana dengan baik dan menyeluruh ke atas warga kerja di JPM dengan tertubuhnya unit-unit kaunseling di JPM dan membuktikan bahawa perkhidmatan kaunseling di dalam organisasi adalah perlu di mana ia merupakan suatu pendekatan yang bersesuaian dalam sesebuah organisasi bagi membantu dan menolong warga kerjanya yang mengalami gangguan tugas atau pun mengalami tekanan perasaan. Any successful implementation of a program requires a systematic and orderly management. An efficient system of counseling management will produce the effectiveness of counseling service as well as achieving its goal. In general, this study aims to review the management of counseling in organization from the Islamic perspective, the need of counseling in the organization and to analyze the problems of the workers in the organization. This study was conducted on the workers who had to undergo counseling session under The Prime Minister's Department (JPM). A total of 61 respondents were selected as the sample by using the convenient sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire and interview. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS and explained descriptively using frequency, percentage and mean average. The finding of the study shows that organizational counseling management from the Islamic perspective is the best and reasonable to be practiced to solve various issues upon the employees in JPM and it meets the need and situation of the Muslim community. A total of 73.8 percent of respondents agreed with the need of counseling service to help them in various aspects. The result shows that the problems which often experienced by workers in the organization are interpersonal problem, workplace problem, financial problem, family and health problem. Overall, the study shows that the counseling management in JPM has been well implemented and comprehensive to the staff in JPM, by the establishment of counseling units. This finding proves that the need of counseling service in the organization is necessary and become an appropriate approach to help the employees who are facing job disruption or stress.,Master / Sarjana
