dc.description | Penggunaan e-masjid di Malaysia masih berada di tahap sederhana. Ini disebabkan e-masjid yang sedia ada masih tidak dapat menarik penyertaan pengguna yang tinggi. Namun, untuk menambahkan lagi keberkesanan e-masjid, ia perlu memenuhi kehendak dan persepsi pengguna di samping meraikan juga kekangan dari pihak pembangun web masjid. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti persepsi pengguna yang mendorong penyertaan aktif dalam laman web masjid, mengenalpasti pola yang menentukan keaktifan pengguna berdasarkan konsep usability, sociability dan identiti dalam e-masjid serta menilai atribut yang boleh membawa nilai membina kesedaran dan pengetahuan Islam dalam kalangan pengguna e-masjid. Kajian ini menggunakan konsep “nilai guna” iaitu mengkaji keperluan pengguna terhadap barangan dan perkhidmatan. Konsep ini digunakan untuk meneliti keperluan dan keinginan pengguna yang boleh dimasukkan dalam pembangunan e-masjid. Pemilihan lokasi melibatkan Masjid Wilayah, Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Masjid Negara dan Masjid Putra, Putrajaya. Kajian ini memilih kaedah tinjauan sebagai rekabentuk kajian. Seramai 121 pengguna e-masjid dipilih sebagai responden secara bertujuan. Data dikumpul melalui soal selidik dan analisis dokumen, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan persepsi pengguna paling terdorong menggunakan e-masjid adalah untuk mengetahui aktiviti keagamaan. Dari segi kehendak pengguna, kajian ini mendapati nilai tambah dalam e-masjid adalah paling tinggi (min=4.62) diikuti oleh identiti (min=4.26) sociability (min 4.25) dan usability (min=4.03). Implikasi daripada tingginya nilai guna e-masjid dari segi nilai tambah, identiti, sociability dan usability, telah memberi kesan terhadap pembangunan e-masjid, dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kadar penggunaan secara aktif dan berterusan dalam kalangan pengguna e-masjid.,Surfing of e-mosque in Malaysia remains at moderate level. This is due to the existing e-mosques that could not attract a high number of participant internet users. Nevertheless, to increase the effectiveness of e-mosque, it must fulfil the user's need and perception besides considering the constraints faced by its web developers. The objective of this study is to examine the users' perception which encourages their active participation in a mosque's website, to identify the pattern which determines the users' activeness based on the concepts of usability, sociability and identity in e-mosque, and to evaluate the attributes that disseminate values which help build up awareness and Islamic knowledge among e-mosque's users. This study employs the concept of “value in-use” to examine the user's needs of goods and service. This concept is employed to investigate the user's needs and their interests that can be incorporated in the development of e-mosque. Selected mosques are the Federal Mosque, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, the National Mosque and Putra Mosque. This study employs survey method as its research design. A total of 121 e-mosque's users are selected as respondents. Data are collected through questionnaire and document analysis, and analysed using descriptive statistical technique. Results show that the highest perception propels the users to surf e-mosque in order to search for religion activities. Given needs of the users usage, this research discovers the value added in e-mosque is the highest need (mean=4.62), followed by identity (mean=4.26), sociability (mean=4.25), and usability (mean=4.03). The implication of the high e-mosque value in-use especially in terms of value added, identity, sociability, and usability has influenced the development of e-mosque in its effort to increase the rate of active and continuous participation among e-mosque's users.,Master/Sarjana | |
