Description: | Wanita adalah pasangan kepada lelaki. A.W.,Woman is man's perfect companion. They were created to beliterally completed the men. However, certain people in society still acquire negative speculation on their position. Futhermore, they are acknowledged to be a second-class citizen in which limits to be confined with activities within the house only. More than that, woman's rights administered by Islam are being denied. Based on this fact, research study intended to prove Islamic recognition on women grounded based on dalil-dalil from al-Quran and al-sunnah. It also aims to identify acvities carried out by all sahabiyyah during Rasullullah's time frame as well as analyzing their involvement at that time. A qualitative study was performed by using three methods which are data collection, data analysis based on deductive aprroach and takhrij al-Hadith methodology. The result obtained had showed that Islam acknowledge women and highly raised their dignity by positioning them at their actual place and presenting special privileges to them. Women during Rasulullah's time were also seen to be involved in doing their social activities. They were engaged in social field, academic, political and household affair. This study also highlight that women's role are as important as the man's role in contributing towards the development of Islamic country at that time. Herein, study has given a huge impact on women especially in term of all sahabiyyah lived during Rasulullah's time were women that were actively involved towards indoor and outdoor activities without breaching the Islamic law.
