| dc.description | Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah/Perlis telah memainkan peranan utama dalam membantu saudara baru khususnya masyarakat Cina Muslim di Kedah/Perlis untuk mengenali agama Islam secara menyeluruh yang bertepatan dengan acuan al-Quran dan al-Sunnah. Persatuan ini mempunyai metode dakwah yang tersendiri bersesuaian dengan citarasa non-Muslim masakini. Bagaimanapun, objektif utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti metodologi dakwah yang dilaksanakan oleh Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah/Perlis secara khusus terhadap ahlinya iaitu saudara baru Cina Muslim. Di samping itu juga, kajian ini turut membincangkan faktor penyebab saudara baru Cina Muslim di negeri Kedah/Perlis berasa selesa untuk bernaung dengan Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah/Perlis. Termasuk di dalam kajian ini juga ialah untuk menilai sejauhmana keberkesanan program-program yang telah dijalankan oleh Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah/Perlis. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah metode kepustakaan dan metode kerja lapangan iaitu melalui soal selidik. Seramai 46 responden yang bernaung di bawah MACMA Kedah/Perlis telah dipilih untuk mendapatkan data penyelidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa metode dakwah yang digunapakai oleh MACMA Kedah/Perlis dianggap bersesuaian dengan citarasa saudara baru masakini. Hasil ini juga turut memperlihatkan bahawa saudara baru di sana merasa selesa dengan suasana pengajian yang amat kondusif, tenaga pengajar yang bagus dan baik. Manakala dari aspek lain, mereka merasakan kebajikan mereka dijaga dan juga metode dakwah yang berkesan terhadap ahli adalah menjadi punca penyebab mengapa mereka memilih untuk mengikuti program yang dianjurkan oleh Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah/Perlis. Implikasi daripada kajian ini menunjukkan, metode dakwah yang diaplikasikan oleh MACMA Kedah/Perlis boleh membantu mereka untuk menjadi Muslim yang lebih baik serta berkualiti.,Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah-Perlis plays an important role in helping new Muslim converts, mainly Chinese Muslims in Kedah-Perlis to know Islam thoroughly in consistency with the molds of the Qur'an and Hadith. This association possesses a distinctive method of dakwah suitable for the taste of nonMuslims nowadays. However, the main objective of this study is to identify the method of dakwah that Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) KedahPerlis adopts mainly for its members, namely new Chinese Muslim converts. Apart from that, this study is concerned with discussion of the factor of the new Chinese Muslim converts in their comfort of taking refuge under Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah-Perlis. Also included in this study is the assessment of the effectiveness of the programs that Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah-Perlis the States of Kedah and Perlis implements. This study adopts library study method and fieldwork method through questionnaire. Around 46 respondents under the patronage of MACMA Kedah-Perlis are selected to acquire research data. It is found that the method of dakwah MACMA Kedah-Perlis adopts is considered meeting the taste of the new converts presently. This finding also shows that the new coverts there feel comfortable with the surroundings conducive for Islamic teachings, and with good and kind religious teachers. Otherwise, they feel that their welfare is taken care of, and also, the effective method of dakwah for the members is the main cause why they choose to follow the program organized by Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kedah-Perlis.
