| dc.description | Dakwah merupakan medium utama penyebaran agama Islam yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. Kepelbagaian metodologi yang selaras dengan kesesuaian penduduk amat perlu dalam menjana masyarakat Muslim yang ideal dan mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi. Justeru itu, kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti kaedah USIA dalam menyampaikan dakwah di negeri Sabah merupakan satu metodologi yang unik kerana mampu memberi satu perubahan dalam struktur politik dan sosial di negeri Sabah. Kajian ini membincangkan modus operandi yang dijalankan oleh USIA yang telah memberi natijah positif kepada pengetahuan Agama Islam, pemahaman, penghayatan dan pengalaman Agama Islam dalam masyarakat. Terdapat tiga objektif kajian yang telah di gariskan iaitu mengkaji penubuhan organisasi USIA dalam konteks dakwah di negeri Sabah, mengkaji metodologi dakwah USIA terhadap masyarakat dan mengenal pasti masalah dakwah yang dihadapi oleh USIA. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi kajian tinjauan, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui soal selidik dan pemerhatian. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa USIA telah melaksanakan pendekatan yang proaktif dengan menggabungkan beberapa kaedah seperti pendekatan dari aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial dan politik dalam menyampaikan dakwah di negeri Sabah. Walau bagaimanapun, aspek pendidikan merupakan kaedah terbaik dalam memberi kesan yang mendalam terhadap penyebaran Islam bagi mencapai kesejahteraan hidup ke tahap mutma'innah,Dakwah is a main medium of propagating Islam, brought by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Diversity of methodologies that are suitable with society's interest are needed in generating an ideal Muslim community that possesses high competitiveness. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify the method applied by the USIA in propagating dakwah in Sabah, which is considered as a unique methodology, due to its capability of transforming political and social structures in Sabah. This study aims to discuss on the modus operandi conducted by the USIA, that has positive implications towards religious knowledge, understanding, reception and experience of Islam in the society. Three objectives of the study are studying the establishment of the USIA organization in the context of dakwah in Sabah, analysing the approach of dakwah conducted by the USIA to the community and identifying problems of dakwah encountered by the USIA. This study was conducted in the form of survey and the data was gathered through questionnaire and observation. The study found that the USIA has implemented a proactive approach by combining several approaches methods from the aspect of economy, education, social and politic, in propagating dakwah in Sabah. However, educational aspect is the best method of dakwah that has effective impact towards propagating Islam, in achieving well being life, to the level of mutma'innah.,Master | - |
