Da'wah is based on the interaction between al-d and al-mad'u. In light of the spread of new media, al- do'ah have taken this opportunity to disseminate Islam via the social networking websites, especially the “Facebook” through the interaction with its users. To examine these efforts, there is a need to identify the concept of da'wah interaction because this particular concept has not been used either as a term or a theory in da'wah. Therefore, this study seeks to construct principles for da'wah interaction, namely persuasion, attraction, trust and absorption; and to compare these principles with Western interpretations of social interaction. Besides, the study attempts to find out to what extent these principles could be used in da'wah via Facebook efficiently, because Facebook is the most widespread and most effective social network on both individuals and societies. The inductive and deductive methods were utilized to construct the four principles through reviewing many references, books and researches on interaction and interaction via the Internet and online da'wah. In addition, the survey method was applied, whereby a 40-item questionnaire was used to collect the data. The sample of the study comprised 100 Palestinian respondents from West Bank, who constantly read religious web pages on Facebook. Based on the SPSS analysis, the study findings showed that the respondents agreed upon each of the four proposed principles, with means ranged from 3.65 to 4.02, on a five-Likert scale: persuasion 3.65; attraction 4.2, trust 3.65 and absorption 3.83. This indicates that the role of da'wah interaction on the Internet in achieving the objectives of da'wah is significant. To conclude, it is possible to convince al-mad'ueen, attract them, gain their trust and absorb them through da'wah via Facebook, using three ways: circulating information, participation and mobilization. The study has come out with a definition for the da'wah interaction, which could be used in online da'wah, based on the four principles (persuasion, attraction, trust and absorption); and it has proved that these principles help achieve the objectives of da'wah through using them on the interaction websites.,“Certification of Master's/Doctoral Thesis” is not available,Master-
