As the Institute of Malaysian and International Studies (better known as IKMAS) has demonstrated in the last fifteen years or so through its research and publications, its dedication to serious scholarship, and the expert services provided by its Fellows, the location of the Pok Rafeah Chair at the Institute is most appropriate.Today UKM is one of five research universities in Malaysia.
