| Description: | This year the conference is held in conjunction with the opening of our new moot court, which not only serves mooting activities, including moot competitions, but also mock trials. At UKM, arguments on pre-selected questions of law or �mooting� is an optional extracurricular activity. Mock trials on the other hand is part of a compulsory course on Advocacy and Litigation II undertaken by final year students. The advantage of the new moot court is its strategic location, next to our �Law Firms�, where students undertake Professional Practice modules and exercises- such as drafting statement of claims and pleadings. |
